Compound Project
Saudi Technical Trading Contracting Company (STTC) is currently constructing a residential compound located at northern part of Riyadh having 110,000 square meters base plant with 150 villas, Sports Club, Health Clinic, Hotel Apartments and other facilities. The project is expected to be completed within a 3 year time period from 2010 – 2013.
